Vanguard is a boutique collection of 53 premium homes in Kellyville, located 45 minutes northwest of Sydney. Blank Canvas was engaged to create a suite of premium architectural visualization renders for the project’s marketing campaign. 

In creating the architectural renders, we wanted to develop a cohesive suite of visualization imagery that celebrated the considered planning and design of the leafy streetscapes, along with the variety of bold and contemporary architectural facades on offer for buyers.

The 3D renders were developed in collaboration with the leading project branding and design agency, Brandform, and as a result, we were able to incorporate the distinctive visual language created for the brand into the visualization suite – seen in artwork and even floor rugs in selected renders. 

This subtle but clever connection back to the brand ensured the architectural renders blended seamlessly with the graphic brand elements across the website and marketing collateral suite. In lighting and styling, the visualization aesthetic draws inspiration from the sophisticated approach to interior design that is a hallmark of the Sydney market.
